You may choose direct factory loading or shipment to your designated warehouse.

If you receive products with quality defects or size discrepancies, we offer free replacements or a refund. Detailed installation guides are available for easy setup. We also provide ongoing support for accessory orders, helping you maintain and expand your shelving system effortlessly. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Q: Can we get a sample?

A: Yes, samples are available at any time. We charge some sample cost and will return it during the next order.

Q: What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?

A: 10 sets, we would say a good quantity comes with a good price.

Q: Could I order products in a special size and color?

A: OEM is welcomed, you can supply your own design or you can make a change on our design including size, material, hardware and others.

Q: What is your delivery time?

A: In general, within 15 days. It also depends on the order quantity and shelving design.

Q: What are your Payment terms?

A: Payment terms: 30% of the deposit upon signing the PI, and the balance will be cleared before delivery.
