Snap-fit connection design
Utilizing snap-fit structures such as butterfly clips and gourd-shaped holes, the shelves and uprights are quickly assembled through interlocking, requiring no screws or tools. For example:
Butterfly clip shelving: The uprights are designed with butterfly-shaped clips, and the shelves are directly inserted, increasing installation efficiency by more than 50% compared to traditional screw-type shelving.
Gourd-shaped hole shelving: The crossbeams are snapped into the gourd-shaped holes and then lightly tapped to secure them. Although a small amount of manipulation is required, it offers high concealment and is suitable for scenarios where aesthetics are important.
Modularity and flexibility
Shelf height can be adjusted in increments of 75mm to accommodate different cargo sizes.
Supports disassembly and reassembly, facilitating warehouse layout adjustments or relocation.
